You can also use this mat underneath a yoga rug for additional grip, or as a topper mat over the top of a club/gym/studio mat for hygiene.

• Material - Phthalate free PVC
• Free from - Phthalate Free PVC Tested as free of harmful substances to Oeko Tex Level 1
• To optimise slip resistance, please wipe with a damp cloth and towel dry before first use. 
• Care Instructions - The studio mat can be wiped clean or it can be machine washed at 40 degrees, using a small amount of soap. DO NOT put your mat through a spin cycle or spin dry as this may damage the mat. Dry flat or roll up in a towel to speed up drying time.
